	Cashback did not track and nearly four months later it was claimed that another referrer had been credited with the sale(but significantly confidentiality prevents them saying who). Feels as if my employer has paid my wages to a stranger because they have somehow hacked into my payroll department and there is nothing anyone can do about it. My advice would be: AVOID EUROGRAND LIKE THE PLAGUE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONLINE CASINOS OUT THERE AND YOU WILL PROBABLY JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY.

	Didn't pay out - and didn't even provide Topcashback with a reason why. Met all the terms and provided all the details to Eurogrand. I guess they work on the basis that they can make more money by not paying the cashback (Mine was for a £45)

	DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO!!! They took my £20 deposit twice, so I asked for 1 of them to be refunded, but my balance went from £40 to £0. now I have to wait 4 days before they will refund the £20 and then another 4 days until it's back in my account. as for the 2nd £20 looks like i've lost it! and as i haven't bet the minimum requirement I probably won't get the £50 cashback.It seemed too good to be true and my experience on the phone to their customer services was very poor. 20 mins to be told that they would email me!

	After about 3 months got cashback, wouldn't use again as the criteria to withdraw money from EuroGrand is hard/high

	I was concerned having read the feedback on this merchant. My transaction did not track automatically & I had to raise a manual request. TopCashback were on the case swiftly and in less than two months from my original transaction, I have been paid!

	avoid this one like the plague, i did everything it asked, provided proof, and yet its been over 7 months waiting for eurogrand to even answer my claim. they just try and wait till you get bored and dont bother with it anymore. im not letting this one rest.

	First time a purchase through Topcashback hasn't tracked according to Eurogrand Casino. Never ever had any problems with the other 20 or so merchants used on Topcashback. Clearly a lie, confirmed by all the other comments here. How can you trust a casino which employs such tactics? Ask yourself, are their games rigged too? Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

	Four words: Read the small print. This is a con. You have to wager your deposit TWELVE TIMES to qualify for the £50 cashback. You stand to lose more than you gain on this one.

	Had to lodge a claim because it didn't track automatically. Nevertheless I received full cashback about 3 months after after the transaction. Great deal.

	EUROGRAND WHAT CASHBACK?- ALL BE AWARE THEY DENY THE TRANSACTION AND SAY THE TRACKING WAS VIA ANOTHER MERCHANT AND NOT TOP CASH BACK TOP CASH BACK SAY THEY CAN NOT CHECK THIS AS EUROGRAND WILL NOT REVEL DETAILS DUE TO PROCTECTING PRIVACY AND CAN NOT OVER TURN EUROGRANDS DESISION. I HAVE LOST £60 IN CASHBACK SIMPLY BECAUSE EUROGRAND DONT WANT TO PAY OUT I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CONNED!- I HAVE ONLY EVER USED TOPCASHBACK LINKS TO EUROGRAND AND NOT USED ANY PROMO CODE FOR THE PURCHASE DO NOT TRUST EUROGRAND TO PAY THE CASHBACK AVOID! 	over 2 years and 20 nudges later claim is rejected with "I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached " The biggest gamble is whether they'll pay you cashback - on terrible odds for that one. Top cashback just brushed it aside.

	Do not touch this merchant. Still trying to get my cashback from 19th June 2011. They have declined my claim to topcash with no reasoning,I have also contacted them personally and according to them they do not do these offers, where as you can see is absolute rubbish as the offer is still standing now. They are trying to say I need to contact whoever has made this offer, erm Who is that then?

	Keep clear of this merchant! Cashback did not track then it took them over a year to respond. A very bad site and poor gaming experience (SLOW & UNUSABLE!!) USE AT OWN RISK

	In 2 years and over 70 cashback transactions on 2 sites, this and the one beginning with q, this is the only transaction I've ever had declined, despite doing it exactly as with the the other 70-odd. After 7 months, nudges, one refusal to pay then an appeal (the appeal finally admitting they could trace the transaction but could not link it to topcashback lol...) I have closed my claim, missing out on 60 pounds. Look at the stats - this place has the worst tracking and payment percentage of any retailer and a massive amount of claims, half of which don't payout. AVOID THIS RETAILER! SCAM.
