	Customer service of Eurogrand is really poor. Took my first deposit (of £20) three times and wouldn't refund. Also cashback did not track and claim was declined. Took several months to get a response.

	Played on 28/12/12 and did everything I needed to. Didnt track. Claim submitted, so we'll see what happens.

	Cashback did not track and nearly four months later it was claimed that another referrer had been credited with the sale(but significantly confidentiality prevents them saying who). Feels as if my employer has paid my wages to a stranger because they have somehow hacked into my payroll department and there is nothing anyone can do about it. My advice would be: AVOID EUROGRAND LIKE THE PLAGUE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONLINE CASINOS OUT THERE AND YOU WILL PROBABLY JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY.

	Didn't pay out - and didn't even provide Topcashback with a reason why. Met all the terms and provided all the details to Eurogrand. I guess they work on the basis that they can make more money by not paying the cashback (Mine was for a £45)

	DONT BOTHER! Didn't track and had to submit a claim. This was over 3 months ago and still nothing. What a Scam!

	DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO!!! They took my £20 deposit twice, so I asked for 1 of them to be refunded, but my balance went from £40 to £0. now I have to wait 4 days before they will refund the £20 and then another 4 days until it's back in my account. as for the 2nd £20 looks like i've lost it! and as i haven't bet the minimum requirement I probably won't get the £50 cashback.It seemed too good to be true and my experience on the phone to their customer services was very poor. 20 mins to be told that they would email me!

	avoid this one like the plague, i did everything it asked, provided proof, and yet its been over 7 months waiting for eurogrand to even answer my claim. they just try and wait till you get bored and dont bother with it anymore. im not letting this one rest.

	First time a purchase through Topcashback hasn't tracked according to Eurogrand Casino. Never ever had any problems with the other 20 or so merchants used on Topcashback. Clearly a lie, confirmed by all the other comments here. How can you trust a casino which employs such tactics? Ask yourself, are their games rigged too? Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

	over 2 years and 20 nudges later claim is rejected with "I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached " The biggest gamble is whether they'll pay you cashback - on terrible odds for that one. Top cashback just brushed it aside.

	Just been told by TopCash Back that these lot are not giving me my cash back. I desposited and wagerd well over 30 pounds and did not recieve anything back. I dont really feel topcash back thought my corner. My opinion is that this is a con and I would suggest users stay well away!!!

	do not use, i spent and lost £400 on this site, and havent even got the cashback to show for it! 4 months and still hasnt tracked, constantly been on to top cash back who do nothing about it and just let the company get away with it!

	Awful!! Avoid at all cost! The £45 promise is tempting but I can assure you it won't be tracked. Put a missing claim into tcb and the claim has been put to Euro Grand. Apparently it takes 2-3 months just to get a response.

	No track, no follow up, no point in even sending a query... Lucky enough to have made a thin profit on my required stake - but the only reason (as with everyone) is the promise of £60. Rubbish. Becoming the trend.
