	It didn't track and the claim took nearly 5 months to get a response. however it did pay out at the £50 it was when i signed up and i also got my initial £20 back on roulette. I doubt i'd bother with any more casino one though because after 5 months i still have no response from Jackpot 247 or Prestige casino, despite getting several emails and free £2-£3 bonuses to bet with from both, and i didn't win with either of them.

	Did not track...easily met the wgaering requirments, submitted a claim and they rejected it. The customer serivce was good though.

	took 4 months and 3 nudges after getting them to track the transaction but got my £60 cash back eventually!

	DIdn't track! Have put in missing cashback claim. Will update again if resolved, but for now I would say AVOID!

	deposited £20 played through about £25 then tried to cashout £12 , didnt recognise my card, tried to put on another card but wouldnt pay on this as it wasnt the one id deposited with. tried to use help chat feature who advised me to remove my anti virus then went silent after i tried to dispute further. rang helpdesk but they are william hill not eurogrand so can only pass on message. I doubt very much that I will see my money again or the cashback. downloaded app and it is slowing down computer and refuses to load. ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

	Why are these jokers still allowed on TCB? 3 Months since submitting a missing cashback claim TCB have yet to have a response. Pretty sure I know the outcome I'll get after reading reviews. TCB should pull these jokers from the site until all outstanding cashback claims have been resolved. Worst experience I've had on TCB.

	Always had positive experience on this site but this was my first which did not track and I've not had payment on despite chasing many times. Joke is I spent 100s on the site, way more than needed. They email me all the time with offers for my non existent account but still no cashback. Will stay with sites I'm more familiar with in future.

	Cashback was confirmed in September, was due to be paid in december. Its now march, can someone explain what is going on as the cashback hasnt been declined?

	A V O I D - A V O I D - A V O I D - A V O I D - A V O I D. Like others, have been told they are refusing cashback becuase I have 'apparently' signed up with another email address already. Nonsense, even IF that was the case, the registration to use their software would ultimately fail because of an email already in use. Such a con. Just glad I got £115 back from my £20 initial deposit. Useless waste of 7 weeks of waiting for cashback

	Terrible, had to submit a claim and claim was denied as Eurogrand said i have used this email for multiple accounts - i only have one account with euro grand that i set up just in order to get the cashback, if the email address had been used before it would not allow registration!!! AVOID such a con!!

	DON'T ACCEPT THE BONUS otherwise you can't withdraw any winnings unless you wager a very high amount of money.
