I've never done a review before receiving my cashback but thought I would here. Deposited 25.00 and played for about 15mins ended up with 35.00 and made the withdrawal. Cashback had tracked by the time I'd finished playing!
Note: I did not take any bonuses as they have high wagering requirements. Also, it says they take 4 days to process a withdrawal before sending it to your bank.

Terrible experience, highly unreliable. Could not get cash back as they promised. I was told I should clear browser cookies and I must have visited a different site. Claim unsuccessful. Wouldn't recommend

Warning don't ever use this merchant. I never got cash back even after filing claim. They blamed me for not clearing cookies. Top cash backs standards are falling and the merchants which are betting category rarely payout.

It didn't track and the claim took nearly 5 months to get a response. however it did pay out at the £50 it was when i signed up and i also got my initial £20 back on roulette. I doubt i'd bother with any more casino one though because after 5 months i still have no response from Jackpot 247 or Prestige casino, despite getting several emails and free £2-£3 bonuses to bet with from both, and i didn't win with either of them.

This is one of the best ones around.Bet £20(in one bet) and get £35.Bought on 23rd march and went to confirmed and payable on 7th April - 14 days!And I also won £20 in black jack.So I am £55 up and very happy.Highly recommend

complete con, apparently my claim was tracked through another agent, Eurogrand admitted my claim was tracked through topcashback (I still have the email) but still refuse to pay. Why do topcashback keep them on the site when they are ripping so many people off?!?!

I followed instruction to the letter, and still refused cashback. How many people are conned and taken for a ride by casino cashback offers. This is my second casino refusal and someone somewhere is making a fortune out of these faulse cashback deals.

Customer service of Eurogrand is really poor. Took my first deposit (of £20) three times and wouldn't refund. Also cashback did not track and claim was declined. Took several months to get a response.
