still waiting for any acknowledgement 9 months later. been nudging and chasing it. Given there's an actual account sign up and a traceable transaction is frustrating that doesn't get honoured as most be easiest cases to prove. Given how many people seem to have the same trouble would avoid this company and TCB ought to consider striking them from the list rather than continuing to quote £45 for transactions

Cashback did not show automaticly for this retailer, and had to chase for it to do so, then very slow progress through the system with repeated chases to the payment. I am sure that it will eventually arrive, but be preppared for a long wait!
