I wouldn't recommend these guys. Bit of a joke as still waiting for my dual fuel cashback from my signed in May. This retailer received the cashback from the supplier in June (which I can confirm and prove). 4 months later I am still waiting!

Cash back tracked and paid no problems...... however the energy switch was a complete disaster and they stopped responding to my emails when I wasn't trying to chase it up. After giving up, my chosen supplier contacted me 6 MONTHS after my request to change! Avoid

Cashback EnergyLinx dual fuel switch started June 2013. Did not track. EnergyLinx D/F switch form had only one entry for meter numbers (useless for a dual fuel switch). This required me to phone the new supplier to provide mandatory MPN so the switch could proceed. My switch is completed by the way. Energylinx showed little interest when I emailed them. TCB Missing Claim update... "is likely to take from four weeks to several months (often longer with contract/policy based transactions) to complete, and we may not be in a position to update you until the final decision has been made." Bad experience in my case. Use at your own risk.

Used Energylinx on 24 May 2013, believe i followed instructions to a tee, nothing tracked despite ticket being raised with TCB Sadly i have to echo what others have said "avoid like the plague".

Transaction completed 3rd Dec & tracked fine. Now 8h April and still no cashback, so not looking good. After 10 weeks passed got the TCB "sorry it's taking longer than expected" message but nothing since. If you're using the cashback to cost your energy change, then via this company may not be a good idea.

I followed the instructions to the letter on this claim, and I took out this claim in June 2012. I chased my £17.17 cashback and now my cashback claim has been changed to £0. The website says there are a number of reasons that this has been changed to £0 and none of them are appliable to my claim as it was logged correctly. I have no way of fighting this which makes it very poor customer satisfaction. Won't be using this supplier again

I wouldn't use these again, as although my transactions tracked successfully as soon as my utility switch completed, the value of my cashback reduced to zero and although topcashback has chased, I'm still waiting 5 months later. I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

Terrible... total failure all round. Failed to track and retailer failed to switch energy supplies (despite sending a confirmation letter in the post). All I got from this transaction was a headache. AVOID.

Terrible retailer. Carried on with switching my electricity even though I told phoned them to stop well within cooling period. I rephoned to ask why they had carried on with the switch and they said they had no record of me phoning and did not record their calls. Its a simple con. Do not use them. Beware.
