Used Energylinx in early/mid November 2012 to change energy supplier. Start date with new supplier was about 6 weeks later. Cashback came through on or about 12 April 2013.

Switched in October. Tracked as £0.00. Multiple nudges but no joy. £30 poorer. So your price comparison was WRONG - it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere

Applied for a new Electricity account via Energylinx approx 15 November. It tracked and was eventually confirmed. It's now 16 weeks later but still no cashback.

I signed up with Energy Linx for a supplier change on 9 November 12. This tracked within 24h. The supplier changed successfully on 14 December. At today's date, 23 Jan 13, still no 'confirmed' status let alone payable!

After following the process the cashback did not show up. I had to raise a complaint ticket, it then still took almost 9 months to resolve the issue before the cashback was paid out. Very poor

There was a problem with my meter details on the national database which i was only made aware of when I contacted the new supplier directly and they had no record of Energylinx even contacting them to transfer my supply. The new issue was that the selected deal was no longer available and it would be unlikely that I would get it retrospectively and Energylinx have still to contact me to advise of the issue despite an email being sent to them over a week ago asking why the delay. Poor service Energylinx, poor service. Will avoid in future.
