Customers appreciate the quick delivery and easy to use website when purchasing an EE mobile contract, judging by some of the reviews left by our members. One person who provided positive feedback was clearly impressed, saying “great network service. Great value and cashback to boot”, while another praised the good SIM-only deal they received.

As far as getting their cashback is concerned, some of our members say it “tracked immediately” or had been “paid within the time stated”, while another delighted customer praises the fact it was a smooth transaction.

Although only boasting a one-star rating on Trustpilot, you will discover positive feedback from customers happy with the fact EE have a UK call centre, impressed with their professional and courteous staff who provide first-class customer service and the fact they are quick to sort out problems.

Someone advises that if you have issues with paying your bill, EE will try and help you the best they can, while another says their network coverage beats all the other rivals they have tried. “Has provided a consistently good service. Been with them for over three years” is one of the comments left by a regular EE customer.

EE seems very keen not to give you an immediate sale - I was referred to a member of their team. They then seemed to change their mind and granted me a phone a day or so later (without speaking to anyone in their referral team) but because the sale wasn't completed "wholly and immediately online" my cashback will not be forthcoming. I'm pretty annoyed about it. I have an Experian 999/999 credit rating so I don't know why the process couldn't have been completed at the beginning - I suppose it saves EE £158.

How long does it take to be paid from EE people say they are paid in time stated mine tracked and been confirmed now only to be 3 months later and still not payable is this normal as I don’t want to use this site again if isn’t legit none of my cash back has become payable from 2 places EE being one of them

Order was placed but got stuck in the EE system. Spoke to them and said online orders need manual intervention so wouldn’t be a problem with TopCashback. EE then declined the TopCashback because it didn’t complete online. Other reviews say the same. TopCashback need to review their relationship with EE if they can’t get the basics of their system working correctly and EE staff providing incorrect information

Waiting since 12 August 2018 (nearly 7 months). Tracked immediately, but was rejected after a couple of months. Claim resubmitted in November, but shows again as "rejected", No reason given by EE yet (awaiting response))

Did everything which is required to make sure this purchase went through correctly due to problems in the past with "Tracking". It says it didn't track through them.. Yet I followed every process possible for it to work! Frustrating isn't the word!

Avoid like the plague. Page error whilst placing the order eventually resulted no cash back. Raised a missing cash back claim but has been declined by EE as they have not identified topcashback as the last referral. Apparently I am not the only person with this situation which made me to believe that EE deliberately sabotaged my attempt of getting a cash back.

Declined: We received an email after placing the order saying that there would be a delay despite the phone showing as in stock at point of order. We telephoned the number given in the email to find out how long the delay would be and were helpfully offered a slightly different phone at the same price and with the same order number and contract which arrived next day. We were not told that accepting this would afect cashback. EE are refusing the cashback, and refusing the support ticket as the transaction was more than 30 days ago - despite the fact that the transaction was declined AFTER the 30 day period. It seems wrong to decline for this reason especially since the phone was a direct replacement with no new order or cancellation of the original order, and was due to their error in showing the original phone as in stock when it wasn't. The 30 day no-challenge policy is at best not fit-for-purpose and at worse, sharp practice
