Do not send this store your money! I ordered a vacuum cleaner, which 4 days later turned out to not be in stock (contrary to the website when ordering). Order was cancelled and refund promised. Refund not forthcoming over 3 weeks later and no responses to emails (even when requesting acknowledgement of receipt of email). I have now taken this up with the credit card company.
There are lots of very similar experiences on other store review sites.

Check stock before ordering. Site said in stock but it wasn't and has since gone end of life. They redeemed themselves by giving me a newer model (although i haven't received it yet) but if you want the specific one check first.

Item ordered from the website was actually out of stock. Status email did not say anything and website order status just said "Received and processing". No reply to my direct emails and had to phone to be told they were out of stock. This took 4 days to get back to square one!
