Please be careful! I found out going through top cash back that the price of annual insurance through Debenhams was £97.46. If I did the same cover direct through Debenhams web site it was £84.77 for the same policy a £12.69 reduction which makes the £15 cash back not as appealing as it looks!

cashback paid, but very misleading as it was advertised as having a Debenhams voucher too, this was not paid if only buying holiday insurance, so not the offer we thought!!

I thought this was a good offer and bought 3 lots of single trip insurance from Debenhams. I have waited and waited without any contact and have not received the £5 gift card on any of the transactions. Very disappointing.

Got cash back after months and months ,But only got 5 pound vouchers ( 2 single trips last year June and August,. after contacting customer service Since October 2013. Phone calls letters etc Not worth the bother. Won't be taking insurance with debenhams again Very poor customer service

I was suppose to get £3.53 cashback due to an exclusive offer but unfortunately it's tracked at only 50p. This is disappointing as I was expecting the full amount stated.
