I have completed a transaction more than £2,000 but they are refusing to provide my cashback. it is a shame that a company such as coinbase are incompetent to keep their promises and just give out £30....

It captured my transaction but the cashback amount is £0.00.
While it captured my transaction but the cashback amount is £0.00 (which should be £50). No use and no help at all for filing a missing cashback claim.

Exactly the same as the comment just below me... Rejected cashback for exact same reason.. Your cashback will not track then when you put a missing claim in, they make up a lie to get out of paying you... Avoid...

Rejected Claim due to another referrer.
My claim didn't track and then it was rejected because they said I went through a different referrer. They are wrong so just be mindful when clicking through to this vendor that they might make up reasons for not paying out.

Request rejected with preposterous explanation. Avoid wasting time and money with Coinbase. The claim was also very difficult because I had to provide a transaction ID that was never given to me, had to e-mail coinbase several times to obtain this information and months later they've rejected my claim.
Avoid.

The 8-digit alphanumeric code does NOT exist!! Please avoid this company at all costs. Not only did my cashback never track, but the customer service experience was incredibly frustrating. I reached out to Coinbase both via live chat and email, but nobody in their customer service team was able to assist me when I asked for the 8-digit transaction reference number. TopCashback kept repeatedly asking for an 8-digit alphanumeric code that doesn't exist, despite the fact that the transaction reference number is actually a 10-digit alphanumeric code. They refused to proceed with my claim without this non-existent code, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. As a result, my trust in both companies has been completely eroded, and I have been forced to close down my newly opened account. To avoid frustration and disappointment, I strongly advise against using this unreliable company.

They didnt pay out for the cashback. Filed a missing cashback claim but then asking for a 8 digit numeric reference number for the trade. This 8 digit reference number never existed and was a alphanumeric reference number which they wouldnt accept.
