Purchase failed to track. Claim submitted. Had to 'nudge' numerous times, but tracked (and became payable the same day) 6 months after the purchase. Good cashback rate, but not reliable.

Good company, fast delivery and good quality product. Cashback took 3 months to come through but given it's 8%, worth the wait!

speedy delivery although no contact made to confirm order or delivery. Quite by chance that we were arriving home when the product was delivered. Tracked fast.

Absolutely nothing but hassle with the item we purchased from start to finish. We bought one of the wooden corner units with countertop sink. I will say that the wooden unit itself is lovely and looks great in situ but had I known the hassle would not have bought and would not recommend. Item still leaks despite having paid almost £100 in plumbers to come and fit - the tap supplied and items such as the waste are of terrible quality. We have also had to buy a replacement granite top to change for the wood as the leaks caused the wood tobecome spoiled. When we complained the company then became very defensive and accused us of all sorts. Highly disappointed considering the item cost over £350 in the first place and has cost an additional £150 or so to try and fix.

Very poor service and customer service… Very poor service and customer service threatened to hang up no refund on a broken item which legally purchased within 1 month for a defect item. Will be filing a claim with the ombudsman.Due to covid obviously we could not get the item checked by the bathroom fitter till now. The glass came smashed and the company is trying to blame the courier company. Seems like theyre taking advantage of coronovirus to not refund or replace their product. Absolutelty shocking. Avoid and go to a more reputable company. Disgusting service!
