Click4Gap should be avoided if you don't want to be 'ripped-off' in a roundabout way. Beware, because there is a clause buried in the schedule which was not made known to me when I first paid the cash up front, that says, is you cancel within 6 to 12 months, you will only receive a rebate of 35%, LESS £25 cancellation fee. In my case, after 10 months I changed my Hyundai Ioniq EV for a VW Golf R. The premium was £249 and I received a refund of £62.15 so 10 months Gap insurance has cost me £186.85 or £161.85 if you take off the £25 cancellation fee. I must admit that, when I rang to complain, the lady I spoke to was very sympathetic, and explained in detail why I had received such a meagre amount on cancellation. Being an 80yr old pensioner this has really annoyed me as, when I was in my twenties and you bought a new car, you got value for money, something that doesn't seem to exist any more.

I was wanting to purchase GAP Insurance anyway, so i was very pleased when i checked if Topcashback were offering any deals to find I could get £22.75 just back clicking through the site. My cashback was waiting for me within the month.

I cant find any reviews indicating how good click4gap is at actually paying an insurance claim. Next time I will not be seduced by the large apparent cashback offer and do a bit more research outside of topcashback. Still havn't been paid the cashback after 10 months. Topcashback - this reflects on you too.

It's been 5 months since I bought the insurance and I'm still waiting to get paid. The transaction tracked quickly and then moved to Confirmed fairly soon. 4 months later it moved back to Pending again. Very disappointing.

Really good price for GAP insurance, after being quoted three times as much by the car dealership,and to get cahback on top of that, absolutely brilliant!!

This is an insurance purchase, so whilst the cashback was tracked and registered quickly enough, I hope I'll never have to claim on the policy, so cannot at this time give a full comment on the actual product.
