Good value products and delivered quickly but I'm reviewing my cashback experience which was disappointing! It tracked straight away at £11 and was then declined?! I put in a support claim and it was refused as they could not see that I went to their site through TCB which I found strange as it initially tracked?

cashback tracked quickly, retailer should make clear that some fittings are european, this caused me much trouble and time and more money which I was not happy about

Their delivery was exemplary, a while after delivery they called to check that the delivery men delivered to a room as required, that they were dressed smartly etc. etc. etc.
Indeed it was quite amusing but the delivery was good and as ordered and am very pleased with the products for the prices paid.
Go for a steel bath, forget the acrylic 'rubbish', acrylic shows signs of ageing too quickly and is subject to cracking if the bath is used as a shower.
