I ordered a mug expecting a long delay as it was out of the country but it arrived so quickly I had not returned from my holiday before it arrived. Much quicker than I expected. The fact that I got my cash back was a plus.

3 seperate transactions none tracked-top cashback kindly chased up -but merchant has declined to pay out-DONT RELY ON GETTING ANY CASHBACK FROM THIS MERCHANT.only awarded 5 stars so would show up 7 make others aware.

Ordered a lacrosse top on Nov 15th 2013, still waiting as of Dec 18th... There is a warning on their site that they don't always respond to emails first time they are sent. I can confirm that they don't respond to every request for customer service. They use USPS untracked service which is ridiculous (but cheap), and it appears they must use surface mail not air freight. Still waiting for this top for Christmas. Cashback appeared instantly, but goods have not. Oh and every other day they have an 80% sale!!

have omade 2 seperate orders over the past month & neither of them has tracked.have had to submit manual claims through topcashback-looks like am not alone from reading other reviews--very poor show cafe press!!!

They honoured the cashback and paid. Wouldn't buy again unless they improve the cut of the t-shirts. All are too short in length. Go up a size and they just get wider. The fitted t-shirt I had was almost square.

Brilliant site with excellent customer service to match. Prices may seem high but the products are unique and the rate of cashback is very impressive. Yes it takes a while for cashback to be payable but they all seem to!

took aaaaaaaages to get this cashback, had to chase several times but all sorted now. Can't fault the service though, they sent me an item which was too big and sent a smaller one out on request and told me to keep the original as a goodwill gesture so I wuld highly recommend their website

I had to submit a missing cashback claim for the transaction when it had not tracked a month later. It then took a further month to be paid (thanks again to Top Cashback). Sizes are a bit small, even if you use the guide on the website but quality of the garment was ok. Wouldn't hurry to use them again.

Cashback hasn't been tracket and to be honest this was the only reason I purchased an item from Cafe Press - not impressed with the item that has arrived for the price it's a load of rubbish, lesson learnt!
