Placed order for BT Sim only 2gb plan and was expecting to get £36.00 cashback, instead I got a cancelled order, no cashback, no end of problems with multiple sims being sent out and charged for. BT then decided to cancel the phone number that I was trying to port over to them which I have had for over 10 years. Not happy with either the cashback situation or the service from BT mobile.

I have change 4 mobiles to BT over couple of months, none of them tracked and when raise with TCB they were declined say I had purchased via a different source, which I had not. Would avoid and go with THREE BT & TCB :-(
