Very disappointed that cash back didn't track and although there was clear evidence that I used Topcashback to get the link, I was denied any cash back. I didn't use any voucher codes (as there aren't any) and didn't have any others ties open etc. I believe that Topcashback and BT were very poor on this occasion and clearly looking for an excuse not to pay out on the higher amounts. Be warned...

Usual issue now with TopCashback, took out a contract at an advertised cashback rate and TopCashback pay a lower rate. You spend months and months battling and jumpting through hoops to get TopCashback to pay what they advertise. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend your life getting TopCashback to deliver what they advertise.

Took around 5 months to be paid. Was worried I won't get it so will definitely think twice before using BT for Cashback as I could have potentially paid more than other offers at the time

I recommend BT Broadband / tcb on hotukdeals - tracked fine but not payable 5 month slater and I have very little hope so £215 lost and embarassment ofr others who followed my advice. I will not be using TCB again for any large transactions - other sites will match and actually pay up.

This is not a problem with BT Mobile, But the tracking. I've purchased two sims, and none have tracked over the last week. Will not activate the sim till I know it's tracked!

Cashback did not track. There was a pop up to advise that they are having issues with BT and tracking purchases however I had no issues last month for another product and thought it would be okay. Guess I was wrong!

Very disappointed with the two BT Mobile transactions made through Topcashback. Topcashback Explanation : 'I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction.' We bought two Sim only contracts via got no cashback!!

like others i received the "your claim will be declined as another marketing channel was credited with the sale and this was not completed as a direct click through from top cashback". Also, due to confidentiality, TCB cannot tell me who the last referrer was, so I have no means of taking this any further without more information. Only use this merchant as a last resort.

Absolute rubbish. Noticed that the order had not tracked so lodged a claim. TCB’s response was ‘Having looked at the order reference you have provided we have been informed that your claim will be declined as another marketing channel was credited with the sale and this was not completed as a direct click through from Top CashBack.’. I can assure you all that the order was placed via TCB! Fortunately I’d been quick off the mark and found this out on the last day of my cooling off period. After a call to BT, who would take no responsibility for the matter, the contract was cancelled and I’m now back to the drawing board a few pounds worse off :(
