No cashback, because I was at end of contract and upgraded with new deal. So cashback declined and no rewards from BT. Doesn't seem that fair that its just for new customers

Extremely dissatisfied having taken out a monthly contract, including a new iPhone. Moreover, as a long standing BT customer it only serves to add to my disappointment. Perhaps BT and Topcashback should take these factors into consideration when promoting such incentives.
