When I booked they offered cashback on ferry crossings. They have subsequently cancelled my cashback as they no longer offer it on ferry crossings only.
I would like to think topcashback will pursue them vigourously to reinstate the promised cashback

Brittany Ferries refused to honour their cashback offer stating "no cashback on sailings only" which was not the terms stated at the time I made my purchase. Not only that, but it took months for them to come back to me to say this. I spent £600 on a crossing, with a cabin, am really cross that this has not been honored.

Talk about changing the goal posts! To cut a several month saga short, Brittany Ferries refused to honour their cashback offer stating "no cashback on sailings only" which was not the terms stated at the time I made my purchase. Not happy. Not recommended.
