Never pay out
I have 8 transactions, all of which are pending, dating back over the last 12 months.
They are asking for extra evidence. It’s not worth my time to trawl through old and likely deleted emails. I’ll just book through an alternative provider and Bristol Airport can suck up the fees from the 3rd party instead of me booking direct.

4 months later and still status "Pending"
Need to book car parking at Bristol again . we are now on 5th March 2025 and the transaction from 29th October 2024 is still pending , so no change . Think I will use another vendor than official Bristol airport

Over 6 months of chasing needed to get this paid. At one point retailer advised it was not payable, it was. Raised a claim and it was finally paid. Waste of my time to have had to chase so many times. However topcashback claim system is excellent

Always to put in a missing cashback for Bristol Airport so took a little time to receive cashback. It's a great shame that Bristol Airport is no longer on Topcashback, looks like it was only recently removed just when I have booked another holiday from Bristol.
