I contacted Bodum customer service to ask about my order's delivery date that I placed in January. Bodum emailed me back to inform me that the order was lost in transection, and I was offered a replacement. I agreed, and a few days later, I received another email to inform me that the products I ordered are out of stock and a refund without even consulting with me. I asked for a substitute, but no substitute either was available. Surely, Bodum has better customer service than the one I experienced.
