Worst online experience
Although listed as a retailer on my top-cash back app, they do not have not ever paid our to customers. I spent £85 on their website because on the cash back. After much chasing, have been told by Blue tomato- they are no longer part of topcash back and are unsure why they are still listed

Like another user blue tomato are the only company not to pay cashback from a purchase from December 2015. Recevied info from Topcashback in February 2016 that they were processing a number of cashbacks.

Blue Tomato are the only company that has failed to pay cash back (to me) via TopCashBack. My claim has been outstanding for 10 months. And apparently I am not alone. TopCashback responded that they were chasing a "large" file of claims as far back as February of this year, but there is still no news.
