	Ordering process good but products can be unfinished and they will leave you to fix yourself. Tried to stop cashback without explanation.

	NO CASHBACK received from this merchant, had to go through a claim and topcash back have stated the transaction for cashback was rejected even though we supplied a valid order number (supplied by Blinds Supermarket) and all other required and relevant information!! Very pleased with the product and arrived as specified and very good quality. Not happy however with the service. DO NOT rely on cashback from this merchant!!!

	Didn't track, and manual claim took forever to complete. Initial claim submitted November 2010, payment finally received September 2011. The product itself was fine, and a good price, just don't rely on the cashback.

	Quick to track. Delivery by courier. Both boxes in poor shape with pieces damaged or missing. Phoned blinds supermarket. Very pleasant and helpful - required items sent hasslefree. Delivery within a few days. Got to keep damaged items as "spares". Very happy. Blinds excellent.

	Has anyone ever had cashback from this company? Everyone seems impressed with the product and service as I was, but still waiting some 5 months later. I don`t know why TCB have these poor companies on their site.
