I ordered two roller blinds which arrived promptly and the colouring and quality of the material was super. However, the material on one of the blinds was slightly skewed and as the material has stripes it looks like it is uneven. I have twice emailed their customer services who haven't had the decency to rely. I wouldn't use them again if their customer service is like this. They give a 3 year guarantee but this is no good if you can't get hold of them to discuss the problem.

Retailer sent item incorrectly configured. Customer Service was excellent and this was quickly rectified via replacement blinds. However quality of blind is questionable as we have struggled to get them to operate properly and one has already started falling apart (from infrequent usage). We are unlikely to purchase again because of dissapointment with the quality of blinds.

Great choice and easy to order.
I ordered two roman blinds and one wooden venetian blind.
The venetian blind was delayed but notification received of the delay with explanation.
Upon receipt, all blinds were perfectly packaged and quality of the finished product I thought was fantastic. Look stunning.
Will definately use again. Highly recommended.

Simply one of the best places to buy blinds!! I had a Quote from Hillarys for just over £400, but then got a a better blind from here for £160 - with cashback on top that made it as cheap as chips for what is a stunning item built in the UK!

Lovely blinds. They arrived well packed and quickly. Fitting was easy and all the bits were supplied. Look good up and seem to be good quality. Cashback tracked quickly.
