This is the second time I have used Blackcircles and on both occasions cashback was declined. I fail to understand why, as I followed the process exactly as detailed.

Very quick
The quickest company to 'settle' with you I have found so far. 0.8% is a relatively small amount but I bought 4 tyres so it was money back in my pocket. All straight forward and easy to use.
