Not 5 stars but 0 stars. Have to give 5 so that review is not hidden at the end of the list. This Company is not paying out cash back but scamming buyers. TCB is unhelpful in claims. Note they now list reviews by highest stars and not by date as it used to be. You cannot see that for 2011 they don't pay out every purchase. JUST A SCAM.

Took out car insurance on 12/07/11 and tracked within hours. Confirmed on 22/08/11 and received my £80.80 on 30/09/11. They were the cheapest quote I found and thanks to the cashback were cheaper than my insurance from LV last year. Well done Aviva, now don't try putting it up 50% next year like LV did this year.

due to typo error, my policy start date was entered incorrectly, after call with merchant direct, the original was cancelled and a new one purchased immediately. In the confusion, my cashback was also cancelled, but after my contact with Topcashback and explanation given, my payment was chased up and re-installed. Many thanks to Topcashback and Aviva

Interesting - My previous comments regarding my untracked transaction appear to have been removed. I had an RAC transaction not track last week and mentioned Aviva in a posting on the RAC thread. It too has disappeared! Buyers beware?
