	Been waiting nearly a year for cashback on this merchant, don't think they will ever pay, as have chased numerous times.

	Very disappointed that the advertised rate (8%) has not been sorted out six months later and only 2.75% Was paid. They take a long time to pay and the rate is not correct. I probably wont make purchases from them again through tcb.

	The first time I bought from aveda the cashback was prompt and correct. But... I'm still waiting for cashback from the purchase I made in sep 17 and i've been chasing but it looks as though from what others have said that there's been a problem in the last quarter of 2017. I'm not holding out much hope.
