	3 times unlucky I've had consistently poor cashback experience with Austrial Airlines via TopCashback. Despite following the correct process and having extensive experience using cashback platforms without issues, none of my transactions with Austrial have tracked. I've raised tickets for the team to investigate it, but each time the response has been that the purchase did not qualify as Austrian couldn't track it via the cashback platform. Having also reviewed feedback from other users, it appears this may be a recurring issue rather than an isolated case. Based on my personal experience, the tracking reliability for this merchant seems to be problematic.

	Come on, Austrian Airlines - surely, you can do better. Consistent with all the previous reviews bar one over many years, Austrian Airlines and/or its affiliate network gave the reason of '"TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase" when this is not the case, in our view. Given the 1-star reviews over many years, is it more likely that these members have made a mistake, or, is it more likely that this merchant and/or its affiliate network do not seem willing or able to pay cashback? Come on, Austrian Airlines - surely, you can do better.

	Better book through Lufthansa Like others’ my transaction did not track and retro claim was denied due to last click allegedly not being from TCB. I recommend buying on lufthansa website instead. Their purchases seem to be tracking ok and it’s essentially the same company.

	Scam - please avoid as no cashback will be paid!!!! I was meticulous in adhering to all the stipulated terms and conditions of the offer. No vouchers or discount codes were used, and the whole process and transaction were completed after launching a new browser session, far more than required. Given these precautions, there should be absolutely no grounds for denying the claim yet the retailer declined to pay based on the following reason, which is entirely untrue: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." This only raises serious questions about the transparency and integrity of the process. If you expect cashback from this retailer or TopCashBack to support you with your claim, please don't...

	Didn’t track and claim denied Logged into Topcasback, followed the link, made purchase immediately and the order didn’t track. Raised the case and it was declined with reason that they couldn’t see TopCashback as the final referrer. Waste of time.

	Seems to be a pattern here... Topcashback shouldn't allow this to happen. How often does one 'shop' with Austrian Airlines? Not often in my case, so why when it doesn't track properly is the claim 'denied' after you have gone though the Topcashback link (as evidenced by the date/time in the drop down menu when raising the claim) and have in your possession a valid non refundable flight booking? Absolute scam.
