bought my wife some flowers for mothers day. the bunch we received was awful, more than twice as much than a bunch from tesco which were almost identical (and better quality). complained and had some money refunded (nowhere near enough), and to cap it all my cashback was rejected. Will never ever use these again or recommend to anyone. I don't care how amusing they think they're twitter account is. Awful.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The flowers were ordered for my mother for her wedding anniversary. The flowers lacked the colour that was in the picture and were not fragrant. My mother emailed the company and got an email to say they would offer a 10% discount on the next purchase, we told them that we would not be ordering again and they gave only a 10% refund. Flowers not what you would expect for a £30+ bunch of flowers. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would avoid them.

I wish I could give less than a star to Arena Flowers. Today is the 10th of March and I still haven't received the flowers ordered on the 8th of March. The flowers have been driving around for 3 days and we all know that flowers last a max of 3 days without soil. The annoying part of the story is the customer service. Even though I called them a dozen times, they still haven't done anything but waiting for a reply from the delivery company. I spent 70 pounds on faded flowers that I haven't even received. I'm frustrated. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM ARENA FLOWERS if you want to make someone's day. They will probably end up with disappointment too.

Will not be buying from this company again as it is a complete scam! Only ordered from them because they were offering the best cash back however they are now refusing to pay out. Avoid!

I ordered flowers from Arena Flowers back in 2012 through topcashback. In August 2012 I had to place a missing csh back ticket, which was ignored until April 2013 when I posted a message asking what had happened with it. The company is refusing to pay the cash back for some reason, apparently the claim was void due to the “Transaction is already in our system under a different affiliate account.” This is incorrect but the company is refusing to co-operate and topcashback is not being any help with the matter. The flowers from the company were ok but I would advise you to avoid them as much as possible as I am probably not the only person to have experienced this! Will not be ordering from this company again.

The flowers I ordered were drooping on delivery and dead within 2 days. As I was on holiday when they were delivered to my mother, there was a 2 week delay before I spoke to my mother. When I informed them and they could not care less as it was too long. I would have got better quality from a garage forecourt. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My order of flowers for the Birthday of an extremely important (foreign royal) personage, not only arrived in good time, but were greatly appreciated by the person concerned for the quality of the flowers and the presentation. Congratulations to Arena for excellent service.

Flowers were ordered for our wedding anniversary and I advised them to leave the flowers with TWO different neighbours if we were not in to receive them. They never arrived and no apology was given by customer services. After arguing, the reluctantly agreed to refund the money however, it does not make up for the fact that the anniversary was ruined.

Flowers arrived promptly and are very fresh with many blooms still to open. However, I paid £38 for the bouquet for Mothers Day and I could buy a larger of similar quality in a supermarket for half the price. I am rather dissapointed and probably would not use them again.

I was disappointed with Arena Flowers' customer service. I chose them because I wanted to have the flowers delivered with a vase. However they did not do this, nor did they call to warn me (so that I could've tried to find a vase from elsewhere). It was only because I happened to have the flowers delivered to my flatmate that I was around to see what had been delivered. The driver said they didn't have any vases in stock and to call customer services for a refund. I did this but after being on hold for 11 minutes without getting to speak to anyone, I gave up. I've had no contact with them, despite emailing them requesting a refund, which arrived over a week after the flower delivery. I also found it hard to believe that the flowers were the 'deluxe' version, not the standard, as it would scarely have been possible to have less flowers in it! I will not be using them again.

Very reasonably priced flowers, bouquet delivered overseas, recipient happy with the flowers and I was too. Will use again, good experience all round.

Really ridiculous amount of time. Order made 14/05/09 did not track. Opened enquiry as soon as could be completed. Nudged, nudged again and yet nudged again... nothing. Sent 2 messages to TCB they stated just to wait.. am now waiting and waiting..... It's now Two Months since I made this order and the transaction has not appeared nor moved from the enquiry section. What would be good is to know the real hold up - why would a company need more than two months to validate an instant transaction? not happy with Arena....will choose another flower supplier in future.
