	Tracked fine eventually, but only after a long delay in AMEX authorising the card - apparently they had a query with the application, but they never bothered asking us about it!!

	service from american express very efficient and personable - i received the card and pin 4 days after applying. cashback didn't register however and i am pursuing a manual claim.

	The generous cashback of £34 will be very good once I receive it. But it has already been over a month, and apparently it is going to take at least another month. Why the delay?

	The generous cashback of £34 will be very good once I receive it. I applied for the card over a month ago. Since then I have received the card and started using it. I have even received my first statement. So why have I still not received the cashback? Apparently, the cashback will appear at the end of February. Why the delay? I had no difficulty with the AMEX website or getting the card.

	Applied in November for the card - very simple to do online - no problems. Cashback should be paid end of Jan 09.

	Had to chase payment but matter was dealt with speedily. Money now confirmed, but not yet payable. Has been about 8 weeks.

	Good credit card but you need to have another stand by as some stores do not take it. Had problems tracking but resolved by topcashback very promptly

	Took a few days to track, now confirmed after a month and a half - still it's a good rate of cashback and an additional 5% just for using the card is brillant! Shame so many retailers won't accept AMEX :-(
