Purchased tickets in September 2012 from Air New Zealand. Cashback tracked very quickly and was confirmed on my account soon after. Nothing has happened since!!! Despite flagging up with Topcashback and despite providing details of flights etc still no movement from Air New Zealand.
What I cannot understand is why, if my transaction has tracked and been confirmed by them, is it not being paid?

Wasted my time waiting for cashback from this airline. TCB eventually giving up hope after 18 months. Seems like a con to keep people waiting for cashback then ANZ state they can't match the info against the claim, most likely to them deleting the info on purpose. How hard can it be to track against the order reference for an airline when they have to security check all passengers? Time wasters

Did not track transaction, and despite flagging up to Topcashback several times, and to Air New Zealand customer services direct, no sign of cashback after 13 months. Air NZ have no knowledge of my claim, which means that either they have mislaid it or Topcashback never submitted in the first place - I cannot tell where the fault lies! Topcashback have offered to pay 50% of my claim, which I reluctantly have to accept in the absence of any other information to pursue the claim further.

I used Topcash back to book an Upper class flight it has taken over 14 months for my cash back claim to be refused!! Extremely annoyed as I would have used another airline rather than Air NewZealand as I adjusted the cost of the flight based on the cash back due. I had to chase top cashback numerous times to finally get the worst case scenario outcome.
