Cashback declined for purchase of Platinum Home Insurance, no reason given. Submitted claim through TCB so will await the outcome hopefully won’t take ages like previous claims have done. Not impressed that Admiral advertise an offer but fail to fulfil it!

refused cashback on a valid policy purchase, claim submitted , i will be renewing elsewhere rather than give this sham company more money. TCB should ban companys like this for misrepresentation.

TCB did not pay out and claimed that I had visited a third party site in between TCB and Admiral. As if I would be unaware that that would invalidate the cash back. It never happened, they have completely made it up so they do not have to pay out. I am sure this is happening to many other customers. Still at least it only took 8 months for them to let me know.

Purchased home insurance in August 2017, had to log a missing claim, finally received my cashback end of January 2018, took 5 months, however, I was antcipating it would take 8 months so better than nothing, it will put me of using Admiral again though. If you are going to offer cashback then at least pay back within a reasonable timescale.
