Adidas will find all the reasons they can to not honour any cashback offered. It stands to reason that many people will buy based on the cashback and it’s that which tips the balance as to whether you would buy or not. Especially when the cashback is offered at 20%. I have now been refused cashback on more than one occasion.

	Declined cashback after not being traced First of all, the cash back wasn’t trace properly so I have to submit it manually and after waited for a few months just come back saying "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase.", which is a complete lie because I make sure to go through topcashback before I finalise my purchase. Just scamming people to buy from them by putting a higher cash back rate on and not paying people. Will not buy from them again

	AVOID Never tracks on its own but, when a claim is raised, they lie about me using another referrer even though I don't used any other cashback website!? Utter garbage, third time this tear I've used them same excuse.

	Offered a higher rate of cashback then refused to pay after months. Despite following all of the recommended cookies/tracking and not using additional voucher codes, Adidas came back almost 3 months after the purchase to refuse cashback under the guise of "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Took far too long for them to decide they wouldn't pay out and seems like there was no point in them offering a promotional higher rate of cashback (around 20% at the time of purchase). Other cashback sites offer quicker resolution on missing cashback - usually within the return period of retailers.

	Disappointed I made several orders and all came back with" TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Which I believe translates to we don't want to pay your cashback but can't find a legitimate reason so we're going to make up one that make no sense.

	Order elsewhere "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." That is the message i received as to the reason i didn't receive my cashback even though it was. Any excuse not to payout.

	Scam! I made several purchases for several hundred pounds including as part of Adidas’ advertised “limited time 20% cashback”. Well. Despite going through the TCB app, all cashback claims denied as adidas claim they don’t track even though they show in the TCB as clicking through the app. So I’ve now been denied £200 of cashback. If this was going to be the case I would have ordered elsewhere. Shocking.

	Cashback declined as apparently wasn't tracked "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." so it was declined. Very frustrating as it was a large purchase and it shows in my TCB account as Clicks to Merchants. Will just buy from a reseller next time.

	What has happened? I buy loads from Adidas and have always gone through TCB. Recently, in the last couple of months, though it has stopped tracking, despite doing the usual housekeeping it still doesn't track. I have to manually submit claims, usually for a couple of pounds or so which eventually go through, although a couple declined. Particularly annoying as I spent over £400 with a 20% cashback offer recently and of course, that one has declined stating I did not click through, which is utter nonsense. Very poor show!! Sort it out, as I see I am by far not the only person this has happened to from the other reviews!

	Hopeless don't bother Never tracks. Twice rejected saying I uses another cashback website which was complete garbage. Raised it with TCB and got nowhere.

	Disappointed with Untracked and Rejected Claim I usually have a good experience with TopCashback, but unfortunately this time my transaction didn’t track, and the claim I submitted was later rejected — despite following all the steps correctly. It’s frustrating when you shop through the platform expecting a reward and end up with nothing. Hoping for more transparency and reliability in future transactions.

	Declined Genuine purchase that didn't track (only had this happen on a couple of merchants). Submitted a claim with all the info/order number/receipts and after months was declined - 'couldn't find the order'. This seems to be a systematic flaw/design so don't expect any cash back.

	Cashback declined Buyer beware as cashback for a genuine purchase was declined. I've never had a problem with other retailers and wish I had read the reviews first as declining cashback seems to be a trend for Adidas.
