DO NOT USE!!! I took out two pet insurnaces - not the cheapest quote but the £80 cashback would have made a big difference. Both never tracked - Chased with TCB for over 6 months only to be told Pinnacle would not pay out. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED IN PINNACLE AND TCB!!! Insurances now cancelled!!

As per many people i took out pet insurance in june - two policies and still no casback - I have nudged Top cash back several times and still nothing.

Cashback never tracked and even after emailing the company myself they still insisted they did not owe my anything. Topcashback stepped in and helped resolve my issues, although I did not get the the full amount of cashback from this company. I certainly would not be using them again on renewal...this company was more interested in gaining my money for my cat insurance than trying to resolve the issue that I had about the £40 cashback. Credit to Topcashback for fighting my corner, thankyou!

Ordered insurance, gave all details, recieved insurance policy etc only to find 3 months in they hadn't insured me! Terrible company who wanted the 3 months backpay to continue the policy.

Bought two seperate Insurnace covers from them in JUNE and still no cashback. Topcash back have refered it too them but this was over two months ago. NOT GOOD!!
