I buy a lot from 3m Direct I keep trying to get cashback with 3m Direct as I buy a specific product from them but 99% of the time cashback does not track and claims are not paid. This has got worse over the last year.

Bought a filtrete air purifier for £75 which should have earned me £6 cashback. Transaction failed to track. It was chased up manually by Topcashback but was rejected by 3m even though Topcashback could show I had visited the site just before purchase. Won't use again.
