Excellent service all round
I have used 1st formations to register 3 companies over the past few years. The company registration process is quick and professionally managed with timely reminders about key dates such as filing confirmation statements with Companies House which you can do yourself or have 1st Formations do for you. Their registered office service and business services are reliable and inexpensive for a London address. Finally they have an informative YouTube channel providing invaluable information for new company directors and secretaries. I highly recommend 1st Formations.
From a cashback perspective, cashback has always quickly tracked on both new company registrations and the purchase _and_ renewal of services. Even better it quickly moves from pending to payable within a 3-4 weeks and is a good merchant to combine with a TCB £2 bonus cashback offer :)
