	Consistently fails to track and they deny knowledge of my orders Wiggle cashback consistently fails to track. When I lodge a missing cashback claim, on multiple occasions Wiggle has failed to match my order reference to their system. This is despite the fact I have an account with Wiggle and can very clearly see that I have given the correct information.

	Underhanded Company Never been a fan of this company as they have dreadful customer service. They’ll offer the worst service going if you have a problem. No wonder they didn’t payout on my genuine purchase, I lost over £7 in cashback from these, disgraceful company!!!!

	Avoid using - terrible Not reliable. Twp cashback claims from September just turned down. Don't believe have had issues with them before. Not sure what has changed but obviously a common theme as all other recent feedback same - I should have looked at feedback before purchase. Overall score that is showing is unrepresentative of recent experience.

	AVOID - In Administraton All details submitted and cashback declined for no reason. I see the company went into administration in October (view their website FAQ) so this could a factor.

	Declined - avoid. I didn't receive the cashback on 3 occasions now. Wiggle saying that Topcashback was not the reason for the order despite me following the link and placing the orders very carefully. I now use different retailers other than Wiggle & CRC, the prospect of cash back made it marginally cheaper but since there is no prospect there's no point.

	Service good, cashback declined for no reason. Service, price and product great. Cashback declined for no reason. Buy with a credit card if you have to because Wiggle/Chain Reaction have just entered self administration after getting into financial trouble.

	Sadly not trustworthy. Transaction did not track for an order just under £70. Transaction ticket submitted to TCB who followed up the claim. Wiggle stated that it was not traceable despite order number, date, name, address, total spent etc. Only 70p but feel that its the principle not the pennies! TCB has offered to follow up the declined amount but I would rather just not deal with this company again. Goods were same cost as a well known big chain retailer who also sell car parts. The other company would seem to be more ethical.
