Purchased 3 rooms back in October, did not track. Submitted a claim but it seems it has been completely ignored by TCB. Ignore the cashback deals for this merchant, they won't pay up and TCB won't chase it for you.

Very annoyed, found a room for three nights in Vienna, added to my basket for £208 however upon receiving the confirmation email the price charged to my credit card had jumped to £238.00 - BEWARE OF THIS SITE.
