At The Newt in Somerset, we grow, make, butcher and bake some of the finest produce in the South West, just for you. While our hotel and gardens are the focal point of the estate, it's our 2000-acre farm that is its beating heart. From its fields, orchards, polytunnels and glasshouses, we get meat for our butchery, apples for our cyder, milk for our cheese, and fresh garden crops for our restaurants and veg boxes – all produced in harmony with the land and the unique conditions here in Somerset.
