Ordered a scooter for my son's birthday from skates.co.uk. Really good customer service, son was over the moon with scooter, only complaint would be Yodel the courier. Returned from work to find a card from Yodel saying the parcel had been left with a neighbour. Went to neighbours but they didn't know anything about it, knocked on nearly every door in street but no sign of parcel. I phoned Yodel who said parcel was still with courier and would be delivered next day. Later thst night another neighbour turned up with the parcel! This was not Skates.co.uk's fault who were brilliant.

Product arrived in good time, and competitively priced for this type of scooter. But extremely difficult to put together; parts did not marry up with each other, despite following the instructions. Cashback experience is a dead loss compared to other merchants. Purchase was months ago and still not paid out, still hopefully waiting.
