Tracked immediately. Note though that you'll only get the 4.04% of the *ticket fare*, which might be only £450 of the total £1,000 you spend (the rest being fuel surcharges, duty and service charges). Nasty surprise, but fair enough.

Best Airline in the skies! But booked through TCB on 3 occasions and on two of those, transcation failed to track. Hoping manual claim will be successful.

Please note that you only receive cashback on the fare, not the taxes and surcharges. If I had received cashback on my whole booking it would have been £60 but it has only given me £20 : (

Very good customer service received when rang up ticketing office although limited office hours opening times only. Tracked within 48hrs and was confirmed within 2-3wks of tracking which was still before flight date. Became payable less than 2wks after outbound flight date. Cashback is given only on pre-tax flight cost.

Disappointed that SQ tracked only Cash back of 2.1% instead of the 5.25% offered on 7 May 2017. Submitted a claim and am still waiting to hear from SQ!

Dire. Massive and lengthy problems getting the cash back
Booked flights via TCB in Feb 22 for travel early Dec 22. By Jan 23 the cash back had still not progreessed. Many emails to TCB got no action from them , other than standard replies advising me to 'wait' because, apparently according to TCB, many travel companies are experiencing difficulties. By June I decided to contact Singapore airlines themselves and sent them details of my claim and the delays at TCB. And what do you know, Singapore Air promised to investigate and within 3 weeks the cash back progressed through to payable. And I booked two more flights in Jan 23 for Dec 23 again via TCB. Guess what? Yes they did not track and so a claim for missing cashback has been lodged. I would add that this is not the only issue I have had with TCB these past 12 months. They used to be reliable. Now my experience is that TCB is unreliable
