	Had a great stay in the hotel but they declined the cashback, this site has done everything to try and get it but Radisson don't want to know. thank you to topcashback for trying and thanks to Radisson for a great stay at the time but the cashback was a reason I picked them so I'd pick a different hotel next time.

	Completely untrustworthy. Avoid. Large amount of cashback refused, post-stay, because “the terms and conditions were not met”. The only person not meeting the terms and conditions here is Radisson. Given how they treated Radisson Rewards members with the overnight, no-notice devaluation of the scheme though, one should not be surprised that the refuse to hold up their end of the bargain when it comes to paying cashback. I will not book with Radisson again. A terrible, untrustworthy company to deal with in every respect.

	They simply don't pay out. This is a con. I spent over £1500 on a stay. The £100 cashback was a factor in choosing Radisson. Rejected. I fulfilled my side of the bargain. I've stayed a lot with Radisson and this just sours things for me. Companies need to treat their customers right. They will lose a lot more than £100 with loss of my future custom. Sadly the accountants are in charge and there is no column in the spreadsheet for upset customers.

	Declines after stay Just completed two stays at different Radisson hotels, expecting a fair amount of cashback. Both have now gone straight to decline without explanation. When combined with the awful no-notice devaluation of Radisson Rewards, this is just another reason to stay well clear of this very untrustworthy chain.

	Stayed in October 2022, cashback declined in November 2022. Not worth booking direct unless cheaper without Cashback as it seems legitimate stays don't get paid out :-(

	Booked a hotel and stayed there over 4 months ago, and nothing has changed on my cashback. Don't know why TCB even allows them to remain on here if they obviously never pay out. Get this sorted Radisson!

	As others are stating had huge troubles with radisson paying the correct cashback. The site have tried for moths to get radisson to admit they are using a wrong exchange rate to calculate my cashback from three separate stays. All incorrect and all of course short changing me. Very disappointed with radisson

	I wonder why this merchant has such a high satisfaction rating when it has rejected every one of my eligible stays without explanation. Has anyone actually been paid their cahsback?

	I regularly stay at Radisson hotels on business and when I found them on Topcashback, I was rather pleased. However, it all just goes downhill from there. There are several cashback rates quoted here depending on how you click though. I have booked several stays through the site, but have had to make a number of cashback claims as they either didn't show up, or showed up at the wrong rate or have tracked at 0%. If you have nothing better to do, you could spend ages making claims and chasing them up, but I have now cancelled my remaining stays and will not use Topcashback until payment is more accurate and quicker. AVOID!
