	Although the purchase was fine and a good process, like many others Quik Quid will not pay out the cash back as they state they can't find the transaction even though it is clearly stated in my loan account. Very disappointed as the cash back was the reason why I went with this merchant. Top Cashback have been excellent in trying to claim this for me but Quick Quid won't budge - will not use this merchant again and would not recommend if you want cashback.

	never tracked,submitted claim 4 months ago looks like im not going to get it like many others on here,im really starting to lose all confidence in topcashback! what's the point my second claim in as many months! why offer cashback if alot of us never get it!

	Top cashback have been great, but quickquid wont pay out. Order went through in October, 1 month later I did a manual claim with all the info quickquid needed (full reference numbers and time of transaction etc) but they say they cannot find the transaction so will not pay out....bye bye £36.

	18 months later still no cashback. Didn't track, claim submitted - no response from merchant. Looks like as many recently using TCB for advertising and getting out of paying anything.

	Used this service at least three times now and have never received a penny of cashback - have reported it but have never heard anything back - very disappointed.

	Poor - Stay away from his merchant, took out a loan with QuickQuid in summer this year and merchant claimed the loan does not exist! Still waiting for my cash back. Avoid!

	Stay Away!!! you wont receive a penny from these cowboys! submitted a claim took 2 years for them to respond then had the cheek to say a transaction never took place! if thats true why am i constantly getting phone calls and letters from quick quid!! do yourself a favour and go sum where else!

	Put in a missing claim at the start of 2013 and heard nothing. Complete con, do not use.

	Waste of time and money. 10 claims running and not a penny, the response was ' We only pay cashback on new business”. We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. I’m afraid that the simple nature of claims (in the way that the matter has had to come this far) means that the odds are always against us in getting anything recovered for you, and a lot of the time we are unsuccessful in doing so.

	Avoid at all cost APPLICATION PROCESS was terrible after waiting half an hour i recieved a phone call to ask me to send my last two bank statements my advice go to wonga went there got the money no problem and they didnt ask for any bank statements.YOU SHOULD NOT SEND ANY PERSONAL STUFF FROM YOUR BANK TO ANY COMPANY.

	I used Quick Quid because of the cash back that was available through this website and a very unfortunate result. Quick Quid itself is quick and easy to use, but unfortunately not very helpful when it comes to cash back. After 18 months of waiting for cash back on a transaction, they have now stated that they cannot trace the transaction and therefore decline the cash back. Top Cash Back has been great in trying to resolve this with Quick Quid, but all for naught with this merchant unfortunately.

	Terrible for cashback, whilst everything else worked out ok, no cashback tracked, and after a 5 month claim... still nothing... if its the cashback you are after... dont bother!
