Not tracked rejected claim
After many years of TopCashBack I'm an expert at make sure my clicks are tracked across merchants. For 2 years running Pierre & Vacances didn't tracked properly and I raised a claim both times successfully. This year it didn't despite being logged the click tracker dashboard. I put a claim in and it was of course rejected. You have little or no re-course and it's disappointing as the sum is not a small amount. TopCashback came through in the end and offered a remediation. However in the future I'll look for voucher codes rather than rely on subjective trackers.
