£5 has also not tracked for me. All that has appeared is a percentage of the total spend. I had read of other people using the £5 cashback + £5 off for new customers (mentioned on their website) without any problems.

I went and placed my first ever order with them yet I haven't received my £5 cashback which is clearly stated on the merchant page. It's only given me a percentage of my sale. Not pleased at all.
