disapointing as as this company deduct tax before they give the amount to top cash back and only pay on basic not the meet and greet which was paid for and advertized at a higher percentage

All you have to do to lodge a claim is click on "Account" at the top right hand side of the screen, then "Customer Care" on the grey navigation bar and finally "Lodge a Claim". Just read all reviews. I booked for Birmingham on 6.7.14 - as everyone else says tracked at 5% rather than advertised 10%. I put in missing cashback claim for difference but this was declined. To date have not even been paid the 5%. I did not use any code. So not impressed.

Hi there, I can confirm that after hearing from the network regarding this, a voucher code which was not authorised on site to be used alongside the cashback was used in conjunction with your transaction, it is stated that this can occur when an unauthorised voucher code is used and I am sorry that I am not able to provide some better news here. Declined for no reason, can't submit a missing cashback claim because they declined it only after the 100 day period that you can do that in. Dodgy!

I use NCP for parking at Heathrow T3 because for the price and close distance to the terminal. This is cheaper than found elsewhere BUT it only tracks at 5% not the advertised 10%.

Hi there, I can see that the offer taken was 'purchase using a voucher code', the cashback rate for this at the time of your purchase was at 4% and therefore, your cashback would be tracking correctly. Won't use this merchant again.As with all other members I expected 10.5% but got around 5%.They are just one big con so if you're reading this thinking of booking through them DON'T BOTHER!!

Used this link in good faith for a birmingham airport car parking but apparently the resultant code was “Commission not paid on products purchases” but that was not true at the time. I will not be using this again, and will not recommend its use either. Booking was in july 2013 and submitted to NCP in July took until Mar 2014 to get the response.

Exactly the same problem as reviewer below. Made valid claim, no coupons, no codes, cleared cache etc ect. Used Birmingham airport as per 10% offer. Tracked correctly but declined by NCP Raised claim and got reply of 'illicit code used' Which was not correct

Around 70% of all transactions I have done I have to put in a manual claim which takes months at a time and I still haven't heard anything back. The transactions that have tracked have generally tracked at the standard cashback rate e.g. 4% and not the offer rate e.g. 10.5% at selected airports although some have tracked correctly with the correct rate. I definitely book from the selected airport and there is no trouble with my computer when it comes down to tracking because every other payment from other merchants I never have an issue with. The rate of cashback is good but it would help if I didn't have to make manual claims for the majority of purchases and still have to submit a claim for purchases with the wrong cashback rate and wait months will still no outcome in sight.

Excellent service by Top Cash Back and NCP. Took three weeks to complete the process and recieve payment. Tracked within hours, confirmed within days and payable after three weeks. Also saved me a fortune on parking costs
