Agree with prevous review, Birmingham Airport never tracks at correct rate. TCB needs to investigate this.

Very disappointing - no cash back tracked - they said i used another site - but I didn't went through top cash back when whenever I looked at their site. Was on a special deal and was due £11.55

Hey, I do understand receiving declined transactions can be frustrating. Quite often the merchant has no power to decide the last referrer of a transaction as this is decided by the cookies on your device at the time of purchase. Cookies can be picked up from numerous sites and search engines and having cookies on your device already can lead to them being paid your cashback instead of us. In order to reduce the chance of this happening you can clear cookies and cache before logging in, disable ad blockers and not use voucher codes obtained outside of TopCashback. Hey, I am really sorry to hear that this transaction has been declined. When a decision is made like ‘not last referrer’ it’s not often the merchant’s choice. We are part of the wider commission earning process and cashback will only be awarded to the last referrer of the transaction. Cookies can be found all over the internet and not clearing these before logging in to TopCashback to make a transaction can mean other cookies may be accredited with the cashback you were expecting. We can’t alter this as it wouldn’t be fair for the cashback system to take priority over cashback sites. Although I do understand such news can be frustrating, simple steps such as clearing cookies and cache before logging in and disabling ad blockers can really help reduce the chance of a transaction being declined for this reason. Hi there, I am really sorry to hear that this transaction was declined. You can lodge a claim for this and we will try our very best to get this decision overturned for you. All you have to do to lodge a claim is click on "Account" at the top right hand side of the screen, then "Customer Care" on the grey navigation bar and finally "Lodge a Claim". Just read all reviews. I booked for Birmingham on 6.7.14 - as everyone else says tracked at 5% rather than advertised 10%. I put in missing cashback claim for difference but this was declined. To date have not even been paid the 5%. I did not use any code. So not impressed.

Declined for no reason, can't submit a missing cashback claim because they declined it only after the 100 day period that you can do that in. Dodgy!

Won't use this merchant again.As with all other members I expected 10.5% but got around 5%.They are just one big con so if you're reading this thinking of booking through them DON'T BOTHER!!

Exactly the same problem as reviewer below. Made valid claim, no coupons, no codes, cleared cache etc ect. Used Birmingham airport as per 10% offer. Tracked correctly but declined by NCP Raised claim and got reply of 'illicit code used' Which was not correct

Hi there, I have looked into this further with the network for you and the reason that this went on to be declined was due to the use of an unauthorised code which as mentioned on the merchants page, can go on to affect your cashback.
