	Hi there, I can confirm that after hearing from the network regarding this, a voucher code which was not authorised on site to be used alongside the cashback was used in conjunction with your transaction, it is stated that this can occur when an unauthorised voucher code is used and I am sorry that I am not able to provide some better news here. 	I use NCP for parking at Heathrow T3 because for the price and close distance to the terminal. This is cheaper than found elsewhere BUT it only tracks at 5% not the advertised 10%.

	Hi there, I can see that the offer taken was 'purchase using a voucher code', the cashback rate for this at the time of your purchase was at 4% and therefore, your cashback would be tracking correctly. 	Used this link in good faith for a birmingham airport car parking but apparently the resultant code was “Commission not paid on products purchases” but that was not true at the time. I will not be using this again, and will not recommend its use either. Booking was in july 2013 and submitted to NCP in July took until Mar 2014 to get the response.

	Received cash back with NCP previously, but this last time it was declined and I’ve no idea why. Judging by other reviews they seem to be hit and miss for paying out. Not impressed, but their parking was still handy for the airport.

	disapointing as as this company deduct tax before they give the amount to top cash back and only pay on basic not the meet and greet which was paid for and advertized at a higher percentage

	Unreliable merchant. We booked and paid in March 2017 for parking in June 2017. All went smoothly with the booking, we parked successfully with no problems. NCP's response to missing cashback claim? - order cancelled! will not use NCP for advance booking again

	Been declined twice, but never had problem with any other cashback. I did everything correctly - cookies tracked, no blockers, clean route from the link here to their website and booked immediately. They still declined. Don't trust them, they're using this for free advertising.

	Declined without reason, as usual. Never take parking with this company on the basis of cashback, they are the most reluctant to pay up of all the many, many companies I have happily had cashback from with ease.

	Have had my first cashback claim under query for months now. Now the second claim has been declined and due to them decling after 90 days, I can't even put in a claim. Will still use NCP for parking but won't go to the bother of using this site first.

	Had to raise a claim, to get confirmation of payment due, but now its showing as pending. Unfortunately since December 2017. Not good enough NCP!
