	Took a year to be paid and even then the sum fell short. Chased it many times. Still no money. Topcashback offered me just under half the outstanding sum to go away. Not interested. Don't shop with NCP through Topcashback!

	absolutely terrible, declined cashback on a £95 purchase and topcashback states : "Unfortunately we aren't able to look into missing cashback claims for this retailer."

	I use Topcashback.co.uk all the time and very rarely have issues. If a retailer declines cashback, I understand why! With NCP everything tracked fine and was 'pending' as normal. I've just noticed now cashback though this was declined, for no apparent reason! Not impressed!

	Really frustrating and decline more cashback than they accept in my experience even when presented with reference numbers and the correct process followed.

	Conned, I booked a car park with 15.75% cashback offered then I ended up with less than £5 instead of £13, this happened on 2 separate bookings, so I would not use this supplier again.

	Terrible!! Didn't get cashback and had to lodge a claim. After 7 months of waiting only got £9.10 cashback instead of £23.09!!

	Awful company to try to use for cashback. Takes months to respond to claims and then, when they finally get around to it, apply the wrong cashback amounts or wrongly deny legitimate claims when the correct procedure is followed and the correct information is submitted. Not worth the time or effort to deal with this awful company. ZERO stars is a true reflection.

	Had 2 cashback claims rejected after initially tracking. They didn't even honour the cashback rate. They finally rejected the claims stating "Airport Bookings". Of course they were Airport Bookings - that is what they were offering cashback on!! Beware
