	Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They broke my phone and claim I sent it to trade in broken in the first place. Without photos (carelessness on my side I guess) I cannot prove anything.

	* DO NOT USE * Complete con. They offered me £143 for my phone and then reduced to £56 the offer saying the item was not as described. Still haven't had my phone back from them yet either!?

	Do not use this company, sent an Iphone that was perfect and they said it was bent. Returned it and it is totally broken wont switch on. They are a scam and should not be on this site.

	Couldn't leave zero feedback.Useless company who are supposed to be "Faster paying" but leave the cashback until just before the expiry period then decline it for no reason.Don't therefore depend on them paying out.Shysters.

	Cashback declined despite having an order number and account with them showing the transaction went through. It also takes about 8 days for them to receive your order if you use their free delivery service. Will not be using again.

	Do not recommend they pay pour prices for items and if a box or case is damage they wont pay and keep the items

	All my transaction have been declined by this merchant, approx 10 since the beginning of this year. Please take care when sending your used items to this merchant as if any did not meet their quality standards then the item will be deposited into a blackhole!

	Don't expect to get paid quickly! Took 6 weeks to pay me for my DVD's. Then it took 4 months for the cashback to track and it was for the wrong transaction amount and percentage. 2 months later now and the wrong amount has only just been made payable. Still waiting for a response for the original claim amount.

	I used TCB to access Music Magpie on 08/04/14 and it showed as pending and it STILL shows as pending. Won't use them again as it's now too late to out a missing claim with TCB as over 100 days. Not impressed.

	I've been waiting for my 55p since April 2014, despite showing pending in the tracking column. Not impressed, as I can't lodge a claim either as over 100 days. Sneaky way of getting your business then not having to pay out.

	Cash back tracked correctly but as soon as 100 days passed Music Magpie declined it. Top Cashback have over ridden 100 day limit but still no guarantee it will ever be paid. Music Magpie accepted all items sold to them so no excuse for not paying cashback. Transaction probably refers to last time Music Magpie were offering cashback on Top Cashback as they are now back as a new merchant after a few months break. 3 stars only given to Top Cashback because why are they allowing merchants who repeatedly turn down cashback after 100 days to come back to the site? Has anybody ever had cashback paid by Music Magpie without going through the claims process?
