Twenty nine one star reviews - all of which have received no cashback and any claims with Customer Services have been rejected. Same story here - the network claims that the visit came from a search engine, despite me following all instructions about clearing cache etc prior to visit. TCB Customer Services no help whatsoever, stating their "every confidence in these systems" which track the visits. AVOID

Same story as everybody else. No cashback and missing cashback claim refused even though I did everything right. At the time of writting this review every single review for Ladbrokes Bingo is 1 start with no one single person having received their cash back. Ladbrokes Bingo should not be allowed on this site quite frankly.

as previous comments suggest this has been my worst experience for cashback, it needs to be reviewed as they are obviously not delivering as promised, no cashback and the same experience for my partner, opened a case but months down the line it is still under review, very poor!!!! I have left a star to enable me to leave feedback but would certainly not recommend!!

Wish I had read all the reviews before using this one! Total scam just like all the other reviews. Was told that the last referral site was not Top Cash Back when it cleaarly was! Top Cash Back are refusing to take responsibility for it and say that as they don't receive the cash back then I won't. I think Top Cash Back should take some responsibility for it and remove Ladbrokes from their retailers!
