DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Last year we purchased the Maze June corner sofa set costing nearly £3000. We stored the cushions over the winter and covered the base even though this shouldn't be necessary due to the claims of shower proof durable fabric etc. On uncovering the base this year we discovered tears in the upholstery and also stitching that has come loose at one side. On the 5th of April I emailed photos of the damage after a telephone conversation with Internet Gardener as the base is covered under a 5 year warranty and we are not at all happy with the quality. Since this all we have had is 3 emails stating that they are 'speaking with the manufacturer' or 'waiting to hear from the warehouse'. I have been promised phone calls 'by the end of the day' numerous times but have never received a phone call with an update and was informed that my issue was raised to director level and would be receiving a 'phone call from the director in person'. This has yet to happen. Their claims of customer service are a complete fallacy as I have not received any customer service that could be rated as satisfactory at any point. The communication is nothing short of appalling and I am disgusted that our complaint regarding quality has been ignored completely and dismissed as a 'vermin problem'. We don't have a vermin problem. We don't even have any pets and live in an urban area. The furniture is frankly not fit for purpose and Internet Gardener should refund us as it's UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Needless to say we are pursuing legal avenues to ensure that we get the issue dealt with satisfactorily.

Happy to take your money but never recieved products. Nearly £1,000 spent. Matt’s “aftersales” was non existent, once he took my money was “too busy” trying to hit targets to actually email or call me after he got my order wrong and made up my delivery. After weeks of calls and emails I have no products. 3 times I’ve had delivery booked for and taken time off work, 3 times they have cancelled delivery. Have tried to cancel, no reply, they’ll fob you off, make up lies but happy to take my money (which they took over the phone without even processing the order). Customer service and call back/email back was great until money was with them. Quite frankly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer and genuinely do not buy anything! This company should be blacklisted.

Shocking customer service!!!! Spoke to 4 different members of staff, all gave me different information regarding delivery. Item not delivered for event required for. Nobody cared. Nobody followed up. Will never shop here again. will write as many honest reviews as I can now to warn other customers that the customer service is very very poor and the service in general is unreliable. So disappointed!
