informed that i could not claim cashback as inscripture was not accessed through top cashback however the purchase is shown when raising a ticket proving it was accessed through topcashback. Told the claim has been declined by inscripture and was not able to be disputed and that the decision was final. I feel this is unfair and inaccurate.
